Booking:​ Rooms can be booked with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit/room. No limit to the number of rooms, subject to availability. Area Director/Champion pays all deposits and then has individual families call in to give family information. Deposits are subject to cancellation policy.

All rooms booked by Champions with a deposit must have individual family reservations made by October 31, 2025.

Courtesy Holds:​ Rooms can be placed on courtesy hold to allow families to call in and book with a deposit. Repeat champions can hold up to 100% of the number of rooms booked their last visit. New champions can hold up to 6 rooms (including their own). If all rooms on hold are booked, additional rooms can be placed on hold subject to availability.

Courtesy holds placed during priority booking expire on Tuesday February 18th, 2025. Once General Booking begins, Area Directors/Champions can book and hold rooms using the same guidelines for priority booking. However, courtesy holds will vary from one week to only 24 hours depending on availability and demand.
